摘  要:针对传统摩托车安全性设计以应力强度为基础,其设计结果往往不是最优的问题,将车架各杆件的直径、厚度及在实际工作中所受的载荷等作为不确定变量,进行可靠性优化设计。通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立摩托车车架的CAE分析模型,编制Matlab程序,调用ABAQUS计算模块,完成车架有限元分析,生成二次多项式序列响应面函数。利用改进的一次二阶矩法实现摩托车车架的可靠性优化设计。The traditional motorcycle safety design was based on stress intensity,but the design results were often not optimal.Reliability design was applied to the design of motorcycle frame by taking diameters and thicknesses of its bars as well as its loads in the actual work as indeterminate variables in this paper.CAE analysis model of the motorcycle frame was established by using the software of ABAQUS.The matlab program was programmed to call the ABAQUS modules for completing finite element analysis of the motorcycle frame and generating a response surface function of quadratic polynomial sequence.Finally,reliability optimal design of the motorcycle frame was achieved by using the advanced first order second moment method.
