摘 要:从废水中氨氮的资源化回收角度出发,通过试验研究了鸟粪石沉淀法的影响因素及其产物性质,结果表明:选取MgCl2与Na2HPO4分别作为镁源和磷源时,氨氮去除率可达90%;鸟粪石沉淀法处理氨氮废水的主要影响因素依次为pH值、N∶Mg摩尔比、初始氨氮浓度、N∶P摩尔比;对不同pH值条件下的试验产物进行的显微镜观测、电镜扫描和XRD衍射分析表明,在pH值为8~10时,其产物为斜方形结构的磷酸铵镁晶体。For the ammonia nitrogen resource recovery from wastewater,the influencing factors in the process of struvite precipitation and its product characteristics were investigated.The results indicated when MgCl2 and Na2HPO4 were selected as Mg and P sources,ammonia-nitrogen removal rate was 90%.The principal influencing factors of struvite precipitation were pH,the ratio of N and Mg,initial ammonia nitrogen concentration,and the ratio of N and P.By microscope observation,scanning electron microscopy and XRD diffraction analysis,the experimental products were the magnesium ammonium phosphate crystalloid with oblique square structure under the pH of 8~10.
