摘　　要：在政府公共投资的诸多领域中,能源矿产占有很大的比重。为了提高矿产资源投资项目的投资效率,必须重视矿产资源投资项目的可行性研究和项目评估,完善矿产资源投资项目绩效评价理论和方法体系,以提高决策的科学化水平。本文在文献分析的基础上,分别从管理绩效、财务绩效、社会绩效和环境绩效4个方面设置评价指标,初步建构了矿产资源公共投资项目的绩效评价指标体系。The government has put a large proportion of public investment into the field of energy and minerals.To improve the return of investment projects in mineral resources,the feasibility study and performance evaluation on these projects need to be emphasized.To ensure scientific decision-making,the theory and methodology on the performance evaluation need to be improved.Based on literature review and documents analysis,this paper presents an index system of performance evaluation on public investment projects in mineral resources.In this system,four types of evaluation index are set： management performance,financial affairs performance,society performance and environment performance.
