摘 要:为了有效地制定客车企业的最佳产品组合策略,分析了传统的波士顿矩阵法和三维分析图法在中国客车企业分析产品组合上的应用,提出了包含市场占有率、销售成长率、利润率和销售效率4个要素的产品组合分析方法,即四维分析法。结果表明:运用四维分析法分析客车企业的最佳产品组合,充分考虑了销售效率的影响作用,企业根据市场发展情况,及时调整产品组合,能够实现企业的最佳产品组合。In order to develop a strategy of optimum product portfolio for bus firms effectively,this paper analyzes the application of traditional Boston matrix technique and three dimensional analysis chart method to China bus firm to get the optimum product portfolio.Through inheriting their advantages and improving disadvantages,a new four dimensional analysis method is proposed,which contains market share,sales growth rate,profitability and sales efficiency.The results indicate that when analyzing optimum product portfolio by using the four dimensional analysis method,the sales efficiency should be fully taken into account.According to the development of market,firms should adjust product portfolio timely and at last realize the optimum product portfolio.2 tabs,2 figs,9 refs.
