摘  要:本文继上篇之后论述端部有侧移的压弯构件的面内等效弯矩系数。首先推导弹性悬臂构件等效弯矩系数的理论计算公式,包括自由端承载和杆内荷载的不同工况,并在此基础上推出近似计算公式。其次,用有限元方法计算悬臂压弯构件的弹塑性稳定承载力,并以此为基础对弹性分析的结果进行校验。校验表明弹性等效转换得到的公式可以可靠地应用。同时,还论证了公式可以应用于端部有转动约束的框架柱。最后讨论框架内力采用二阶分析时的柱的βm系数,指出《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)的规定有所误解。This article, a sequel to Part Ⅰ of the companion paper, deals with in-plane equivalent moment factor of beam-columns with end sway. Firstly, theoretical formulas are derived for elastic cantilevers, loaded either at the free end or inside the members. Approximate formulas are then put forward based on these results. Secondly, elastic-plastic stability capacity of cantilevered beam-columns is calculated through finite element method, thus providing a basis for checking the validity and the accuracy of the findings from elastic analysis. At the same time, application of these findings to members with rotational restraint at the end is also affirmed. Lastly, the βm factor of frame columns whose internal forces are calculated from second order analysis is discussed and the misapprehension in design code provision is pointed out.
