摘 要:嘉峪关气象塔混凝土筒状塔楼外,环绕着装饰性海豚造型的钢结构网壳。网壳以2726根不同口径钢管对径焊接构成,空间结构非常复杂。网壳安装采用了将网壳分为若干个吊装组件,于地面拼装后,再整体吊装的施工技术。该文研究吊装组件设计坐标转化为组装平台相对坐标的方法,提出基于CAD图形操作方法的吊装组件拼装定位数据处理、组装定位放样数据确定等方法。这些研究成果均在工程实践中得到成功应用。The concrete tube-shape turret of the Jiayuguan meteorological tower is surrounded by the dolphin-shape steel structure net shell.The shell is composed of 2726steel-pipes welded together with rather complex spatial relationship.Its installation are carried out by adopting the program of dividing the net shell into several parts,assembling then on the ground,and then hoisting it as a whole.This paper introduces the method of transforming the hoisting engineered coordinate into the assembling platform relative coordinate.Moreover,it elaborates engineering research achievements including the data processing of assembling location based on CAD graph,the establishment of location stakes to define hoisting module skeleton's space position and make the various hoisting modules'relative relations correct,the determination of relationship between the observation points and designed coordinates,and so on.All the research results reported in the paper have been practiced successfully in the Jiayuguan meteorological tower project to ensure the successful installation of the net shell.
