摘　　要：美沙酮维持治疗是我国禁吸戒毒的重要组成部分,云南省成为实施该治疗的重点地区,实践中虽然美沙酮维持治疗有积极有益的一面,但却存在一些问题。对策:1.提高美沙酮维持治疗的知晓率;2.理顺管理机制;3.加强数据管理质量;4.稳定治疗队伍。The methadone maintenance treatment is an important component of China＇s drug prevention and rehabilitation and Yunnan Province is a key area for the implementation of such treatment.While there are positive effects in its practical application,problems arise as well.Countermeasures proposed by the author： 1） to raise public awareness on methadone maintenance treatment;2） to improve the management mechanism;3） to improve the quality if data management;4） to stabilize the treatment numbers.
