摘　　要：各国对于警察执法行为的监督大都有着明确细致的规定。英国设立有投诉警察独立监察委员会;法国警察机构内部设有专门的督察机构,由专门的督察员负责警务督察;澳大利亚的一些州设有廉政公署和警察廉政委员会。我国对于人民警察执法的监督在法律上作出了严格的规定,但其可操作性尚有可以继续完善的空间。Most countries have clear and detailed regulations on the supervision of their police＇s law-enforcement actions.For example,there is Independent Police Complaints Commission in Britain;a specialized supervising agency was established in French police system,whose supervisors are only responsible for police supervision;and some states in Australia established ICAC and the Police Integrity Commission.Legally,China has made strict rules about supervision on police＇s law enforcement,but there are still rooms to improve their operability.
