高原型藏山羊产绒量与7项表型性状的相关性研究

摘　　要：测定高原型藏山羊成年健康羊169只的产绒量(Y)和毛长(X1)、绒长(X2)、体重(X3)、体高(X4)、体长(X5)、胸围(X6)、管围(X7)7项表型性状指标,用SAS软件对产绒量与7项表型性状进行相关分析和通径分析.结果表明:①X1、X2、X5、X6和X7与Y呈正相关,其中X6与Y相关系数最大(0.2985),呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);X3和X4与Y呈负相关,但相关不显著(P>0.05).②通径系数X2、X5、X6与Y为正值,其中X6最大(4.3540),达到极显著(P<0.01)水平,以下依次为X2(2.390)、X5(1.1880);X1、X3、X4、X7与Y为负值,分别为-0.5290,-2.2600,-1.7550,-1.5680.间接效应值X3、X5、X6对Y为正值,其中X6最大(5.5062),X3、X5、对Y分别为0.9925,0.7402,,其余性状对Y均为负值,但影响均不大.Correlation between down yield and seven phenotypic traits of plateau type of Tibetan goats are analysed in this study.Down yield（Y） and seven phonotypic traits of 169 plateau type of Tibetan goats are determined.These seven traits include length of hair（X1）,length of down（X2）,liveweight（X3）,body height（X4）,body length（X5）,heart girth（X6） and cannon girth（X7）.The correlation and path analysis between down yield and these seven traits are analysed by SAS.The results show there is a positive correlation between X1,X2,X5,X6 and X7 to Y,with the greatest correlation coefficient（0.2985） between X6 and Y,and this positive correlation is significant（P0.01）.There is a negative correlation between X3 and X4 to Y,but it is not significant（P0.05）.The path coefficients of X2,X5 and X6 to Y are positive,i.e.with greatest for X6（4.3540;P0.01）,then for X2（2.390） and X5（1.1880）.The values for X1,X3,X4 and X7 to Y are negative,-0.5290,-2.2600,-1.7550 and-1.5680,respectively.The indirect response values of X3,X5 and X6 to Y are positive,with greatest for X6（5.5062）,and then for X3（0.9925）,X5（0.7402）.The values of other traits to Y are negative,but they are not significant.
