乐至黑山羊FSHR第10外显子的SNP研究

摘　　要：分别以高繁品系和快长品系的乐至黑山羊母羊为实验材料,以FSHR基因的第10外显子的1487~1717bp为目的片段进行SNP检测.采用PCR方法扩增目的片段,用PCR-SSCP法对扩增片段进行单核苷酸多态性分析.结果表明,乐至黑山羊FSHR基因第10外显子不存在SNP位点,该片段与乐至黑山羊高繁殖力性状无相关性.SNP analysis is conducted on the tenth extron of the FSHR gene from high fertility strain and quick growth strain of Lezhi black goats.The analysis of SNP is carried out by PCR-SSCP to the target fragment which is obtained by PCR amplification.The results show that SNPs do not exist on the tenth extron of Lezhi black goats,and there is no correlation between the fragment and the high fertility character of Lezhi black goats.
