摘  要:引言铅是地壳中含量最多的重金属元素[1]。由于多种因素使大量的铅进入人类的生活环境,成为环境中主要的金属污染源之一。研究结果表明,铅及其化合物对生物机体产生程度不同的危害[2]。不仅危害当代,而且会累及子代。开展铅的诱变及抗诱变研究,筛选具有拮抗铅污...By means of the micronucleus test of whole mice bone marrow and fetus liver blo od,we studied the protective effects of three biological preparations (garlic ly cium chinense liquid,dextran and fuxikang) on lead acetic induced genetic damage of mouse somatic cells.The results showed that,when the lead acetic in the mice raised to 30?mg/kg (1/4LD 50 ),the frequency of micronucleus would rai se to a high level,and these three biological preparations obviously demonstrate d their protective effect to the animals.After seven and fourteen days drinking of garlic Lycium Chinense liquid and doxtran the suppression rate to the inciden ces of micronucleus were 68%; 49% and 52%; 48% respectvely.After nineteen days d rinking of Fuxikang,the suppression rate was 55%.The garlic Lycium Chinense liq ui d and dextran alao had protective effect on lead induced genetic demage in prege nant mice and fetus liver.Preliminary research showed that:first,they all had di stinctive anti saltation effect;second,the effect of garlic lycium chinense liq ud had better effect than that of dextan;third,the three biological preparations had no mutagentic activity.
