摘　　要：目的通过对我院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)用药的合理性进行审查与干预,促进患者安全合理用药,实现药师自身价值。方法借助PASS系统及查阅相关文献,对我院2009年10-12月PIVAS配液的50342份医嘱的合理性进行分析。结果发现不合理医嘱180份,包括配伍、剂量浓度、给药频次、医嘱开具失误等方面的问题。结论药师可借助PIVAS平台开展相应的临床药学工作,发挥自身价值。Objective To study the role of pharmacists in prescription review at PIVAS.Methods 50 342 cases of medical advices dispensed in PIVAS of our hospital were analyzed in terms of the relations by PASS system and related articles in the fourth quarter of 2009.Results 180 case of improper medical advices were found,including problems in compatibility,dose concentration,interval of drug administration and erroneous advising.Conclusion Pharmacists can play an important role in clinical pharmacy through the platform of PIVAS.
