摘　　要：该文提出了一种利用反射波的相位变化来检测分层介质材料粘贴缺陷的方法。这种方法不同于常用的超声波Ｃ扫描法，具有设备简单、响应块、可以在空气中检测等优点。In this paper, we present a phase sensitive method to detect the disbonds in the layered dielectric materials. Unlike the ultrasonic C-scan method, which is widely used, this method is simple and speedy, it is suitable for real-time detection of the disbond defects in layered materials.
