摘  要:随着发光LED应用范围的扩大,用户对LED产品的光、色、电参数的测量也提出了更高的要求。国内一些企业由于检测水平低,仪器配套性差,检测精度低;一些企业所依赖的进口测试、分选设备价格很高。尤其是用于LED的管芯分选多轴运动控制系统主要依赖进口。为打破这种格局,以EMAC208为核心器件,在配合“IPC+EMAC”硬件平台和运行于Windows操作系统的上位机软件平台基础上搭建了一款8轴运动控制系统。该控制系统具有性能稳定、高速高效、结构简单、配置灵活等优点。With the expansion of light -emitting LED applications, LED products'light, color and electrical parameter measurement also put forward higher requirements by users. Due to some domestic enterprises'low level of detection, the poor matching performance of instrument and low detection accuracy, some companies' imported testing and sorting equipment prices are very high. Especially the LED sorting of multi - axis motion control system is mainly dependent on imports. To break this pattern, an 8 - axis motion control system has been built on the basis of the core device EMAC, in line with "IPC + EMAC" hardware platform and the Windows operating system software platform. The system has the advantages such as stable performance, high efficiency, simple structure and flexible configuration.
