高压氧和激素治疗突发性聋疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨加高压氧或加用激素治疗突发性聋(SHL)的疗效。方法:将120例SHL患者分为常规治疗组、加高压氧组和加用激素组,常规治疗组采用常规药物治疗,加高压氧组在常规治疗基础上加高压氧治疗,加用激素组在常规治疗基础上加激素治疗,比较3组的疗效。结果:常规治疗组、加高压氧组和加用激素组的总疗效分别为23.3%、35.5%和34.5%。加高压氧组和加用激素组的总有效率均显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧和激素辅助治疗是突发性聋的有效手段。Objective：To assess the theurapeutic efficiency of hyperbaric oxygen and steroids for sudden sensorineural hearing loss（SSHL） and to investigate the multiple related factors on patient＇s prognosis.Methods：120 Patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss were divided into three groups：group Ⅰ were treated with routine drugs only;group Ⅱ were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and routine drugs;group Ⅲ were treated with steroid and routine drugs.The course of treatment was 14 days.We compared with the effect of the three groups and analyzed relation factors of the prognosis.Results：The curative effects of the group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were better than in the groupⅠ.Conclusion：Steroid and hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in treatment of SSHL.
