来氟米特与甲氨喋呤联合正清风痛宁治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较来氟米特(LEF)联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)疗法与正清风痛宁缓释片与来氟米特联合甲氨喋呤疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及不良反应。方法:将60例活动性类风湿性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组。观察组30例使用正清风痛宁缓释片60mg,每日2次;来氟米特20mg,每日1次;甲氨喋呤10mg,每周1次。对照组30例使用来氟米特20mg,每日1次;甲氨喋呤10mg,每周1次。观察评价关节肿胀压痛数,采用目视10cm模拟标尺法(VAS),由患者和医生评估病情的整体变化程度,测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)等指标,同时监测患者肝肾功、血尿常规、血糖。结果:在疗程第4周,2组总疗效评价ACR50、ACR70比较差异已有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:来氟米特与甲氨喋呤联合正清风痛宁治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效优于来氟米特与甲氨喋呤两药联合。Objective：To compare with the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of leflunomide and methopterin combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning in treated of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：60 cases of active rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random digits table：30 cases of experimental group received Zhengqing Fengtongning retard tablets 60mg twice a day,leflunomide（LEF） 20 mg·d-1,methopterin（MTX） 10 mg weekly;30 cases of control group：received LEF 20 mg·d-1,methopterin（MTX） 10 mg weekly.Observation：visual analogue scale（VAS） 10 cm distance,the patient and the doctor assessed the entirety change of the patient＇s condition,swollen joint and tender joint count.At the same time,had CRP,ESR,RF,Liver function,Renal function,Blood routine,urine routine,Blood sugar.Results：At the fourth week of treatment course,the difference of the total therapeutic effect of ACR50,ACR70 of the two groups were already had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of leflunomide and methopterin combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning are better than leflunomide combined with methopterin in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
