摘　　要：目的:总结经尿道前列腺等离子汽化电切术(TUPVR)治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾经尿道前列腺等离子汽化电切326例的临床资料,术后随访6～12个月。结果:326例平均手术时间97±39.8min,无一例需输血,无尿道电切综合征的发生,最大尿流率(Qmax)显著提高,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)显著下降。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子汽化电切术安全性高、适应证广且并发症少,疗效确切。Objective：To review the effective and safety of the transurethral plasma vaporization electrocision（TUPVE）） in the patients with BPH.Methods：The 326 cases were treated with TUPVE.The weight of the prostate were 32-271 g,meants 62 g.The cases were followed up for 6-12 month.Results：The average time of the operation was 97±39.8 mine.No the patient were transfused,and No transurethral resection syndrome occurred.Qmax significantly increased and IPSS decreased sighificantly.Conclusion：TUPVE are safe and effective therapeutic menthod for BPH with less complications.
