欣母沛联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗产后出血121例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨欣母沛联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗产后出血的临床价值。方法:对121例产后出血患者采用欣母沛联合宫腔填塞纱条的方法止血。结果:用欣母沛加宫腔填塞纱条成功止血119例(98.35%),24～48h后纱条经阴道顺利取出,无一例发生感染及晚期产后出血。另有2例填塞纱条止血失败,行子宫次全切除术。结论:欣母沛联合子宫填塞纱条是治疗产后出血的一种有效方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of the hemabate plus intrauterine packing gauze in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：121 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were in hemostasis trearment of uterine packing gauze plus hemabate.Results：Hemabate increased the hemostasis success of intrauterine gauze packing in 119 cases（98.35%）,24~48 h after the gauze were removed through the vagina smooth,no case of infection and late postpartum hemorrhage.With gauze packing stopped bleeding,there were two cases of failure and uterine subtotal resection.Conclusion：Hemabate plus gauze packing is an effective way in the treatment of postpartum uterine bleeding.
