综合护理干预应用于烧伤残余创面的疗效研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨全身或局部浸浴基础上的综合护理干预对烧伤残余创面的影响。[方法]将2007年1月—2010年3月存在烧伤残余创面的80例病人,按时间段分为传统换药组和浸浴综合组。传统换药组采用碘伏及呋喃西林清洗伤口,然后予碘伏纱块湿敷包扎,每日1次。浸浴综合组采用1∶5000高锰酸钾稀释液浸泡清洗烧伤残余创面,再予红外线照射20min～30min,外用贝复济、烫疮油,每日或隔日浸浴1次。[结果]两组病人换药疼痛评分、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、创面细菌培养阳性情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]综合护理干预可提高烧伤残余创面愈合速度。Objective：To probe into the curative effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on systematical or local bathing for remain wound surface in burn patients.Methods：Based on the time page,a total of 80 burn patients with remain wound surface from January in 2007 to March in 2010 were divided into traditional dressing change group and bathing group.The wounds of traditional dressing change group patients were cleaned with Iodophors and Nitrofural,then were wet compressed and bandaged with Iodophors yarn piece,once a day.Bathing group cases accepted the sock and clean of remain wound surface with 1∶5 000 potassium permanganate dilution,and then accepted infrared ray radiation for 20 min^30 min,bFGF-ESSEX and scald oil external application and bathing once every day or every other day.Results：There were statistical significant difference in the dressing pain score,healing rate and healing time of wound surface,bacterial culture in wound surface between both groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance the healing speed of remain wound surface in burn patients.
