紫花苜蓿3个品种的中药鉴定研究及总黄酮的含量比较

摘　　要：目的:对紫花苜蓿(Medicagosativa L.)3个品种陇东、北极星和阿尔冈金进行中药鉴别。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别及紫外分光光度法的方法。结果:紫花苜蓿3个品种根、茎特征没有区分,粉末特征有一定差别。陇东中总黄酮含量为0.0419%,阿尔冈金为0.0436%,北极星为0.0422%。结论:本实验结果可以为制定药材质量标准,研究和开发利用该药资源提供实验依据。Objective： To identify 3 species of Medicago sativa L.,namely Longdong,Beijixing and Aergangjin.Methods： 3 species of Medicago sativa L.were identified by property distinction,microscopic distinction and ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.Results： There was no distinction between the roots and stems of 3 species of Medicago sativa L.while there exited the certain difference in the flower powder of the three.The total flavanone content in Longdong was 0.0419%,the Aergongjin 0.0436% and Beijixing 0.0422%.L.Conclusion： The experimental results can be used as the quality control standards to prepare the medicinal materials and provide the experimental evidence for developing and using this herbal resource.
