摘 要:聚合物驱已成为渤海SZ36-1油田高效开采主要的稳产、增产技术。在聚合物驱开发过程中,随着聚合物累计注入量的增加,总体注入状况变差,有相当一部分井的注入压力已经接近或达到油层的破裂压力,达不到配注、间歇注入等,严重影响聚驱效果。从地质、聚合物吸附滞留、垢样分析和高价离子配伍性等方面探讨分析了聚合物驱时注聚井堵塞的原因,提出了相应的治理建议,对今后注入困难井措施改造有指导意义。Polymer flooding becomes the main steady-yield and increase-yield technology in Bohai SZ36-1 oilfield. In the process of polymer flooding development,with the total injection volume of polymer increased, the overall injection situation goes worse ,and the pressure of the injection wells has closely to or reach the reservoir fracture pressure, which influence polymer flooding performance seriously with not reaching injection allocation, intermittent infiltration, etc. In this paper, from geological, polymer adsorption, ion scale sample analysis and high ion compatibility, it analyzes the plugging causes of polymer injection wells and proposes related suggestions, which have reference for reform measures.
