摘　　要：分析了中国在工程采购信息系统研究、开发和应用方面的不足,以及组建电子投标核心系统开发集团的组织保障作用。介绍了日本建设领域公共工程支持信息系统的组成、内容和功能及日本中央和地方政府在开发应用方面的计划安排。阐述了日本开发应用公共工程支持信息系统的借鉴意义。The paper analyzes inadequacy of research, development and application of engineering procurement information system in China, and the organizational guarantee function for development group of electronic bid core system.It also introduces the structure, content and function of support information system of public works in Japanese construction field, and the schedule of development and application of the system.Finally it elaborates the enlightenment of development and application of support information system of public works.
