摘　　要：[目的]分析腰椎间盘突出症行胶原酶溶解术的临床治疗及预后,探讨防治策略及护理对策。[方法]回顾分析103例腰椎间盘突出症病人行胶原酶溶解术的临床资料,总结临床经验。[结果]103例病人术后临床治愈62例,显效39例,无效2例,临床总有效率98%,效果满意。[结论]加强腰椎间盘溶解术术前术后护理,能有效减少并发症的发生,提高手术治疗的治愈率。Objective：To analysis the clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion treated with collagenase chemonucleolysis and to probe into the prevention strategy and nursing countermeasure for them.Methods：Clinical date of 103 patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were analyzed retrospectively.Then the clinical experiences were summarized.Results：Among all 103 patients,62 cases were healed after operation and 39 cases were effective.Only 2 cases were ineffective.The clinical total effective rate was 98%,which was very satisfactory.Conclusion：To strengthen preoperative and postoperative nursing of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc chemonucleolysis could effectively reduce the complications and enhance the cure rate of the operation.
