摘　　要：从词典、生理学、心理学、临床医学方面对症状负担概念进行分析,提出症状负担是一种主观感觉,症状的发生率、频率和严重程度给病人造成了生理负担,并且对病人的心理、精神造成多种负面影响。区分症状体验中多个与症状相关的概念,开发症状负担的评估工具,并制定准确的干预措施将会减轻病人的症状负担。It analyzed the concept of symptom burden from aspects of the dictionary,physiology,psychology,and clinical medicine.It pointed out that the symptom burden is a subjective feeling.The incidence,frequency and severity of symptoms may be a physiological burden for a patient.And it may bring psychological and spiritual multiple negative effects to patients.One should distinguish the concept associated with symptoms in symptoms experiences,develop assessment tools for symptoms burden.And one should work out accurate intervention measures to reduce the symptom burden of patients.
