摘 要:以Pseudomonas fluorescens C-2产生的胞外聚合物PF-2作为新型生物吸附剂,以傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征。系统地研究了胞外聚合物PF-2对水中Cd(II)的吸附行为。结果表明,在pH值为6.0,该吸附剂对水中的Cd(II)具有很强的吸附能力。聚合物PF-2对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附较易进行,吸附等温线能较好地用Langmuir模型来描述,最大单分子层吸附量为33.50 mg/g,吸附动力学很好地符合准二级动力学模型。胞外聚合物PF-2含有的主要官能团为羧基、羟基和氨基等,其中羧基、羟基参与了Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附。结果表明利用胞外聚合物PF-2去除环境水样中的Cd(Ⅱ)是可行的。The new extracellular biopolymer substances PF-2 produced from Pseudomonas fluorescens C-2 was used as biosorbent,and characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer(FTIR). The adsorption behavior of the extracellular biopolymer substances PF-2 for Cd(Ⅱ) was investigated.The results showed that the optimum pH was 6.0.Biosorption equilibrium data were better described by Langmuir isotherm model,and maximum monolayer adsorption capacity was 33.50 mg/g.The kinetic data were fitted with the pseudo-second-order.The carboxyl,hydroxyl groups of the PF-2 were involved in chemical interaction with the Cd(Ⅱ) ions depicted by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic(FTIR) results.The study showes the potential of extracellular biopolymer substances PF-2 as an effective biosorbent for the removal of Cd(Ⅱ) from environmental and industrial wastewater.
