摘 要:试验旨在研究不同剂量纳米氧化铜对仔猪血浆抗氧化能力的影响。将144头杜洛克×约克夏×长白三元杂交仔猪随机分为6组,每组设3个重复。1组饲喂基础日粮;2组在基础日粮中以硫酸铜的形式添加铜200mg·kg-1;3组在基础日粮中以氧化铜的形式添加铜200mg·kg-1;4~6组在基础日粮中以纳米氧化铜的形式分别添加铜5、50、100mg·kg-1,试验期28d。结果表明,添加纳米氧化铜可显著提高仔猪血浆铜蓝蛋白活力(P<0.05),显著提高仔猪血浆细胞色素C氧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低28d仔猪血浆丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。试验表明,日粮中添加纳米氧化铜50mg·kg-1能提高仔猪血浆抗氧化能力。To investigate the effect of nano-CuO on the function of anti-oxidation in blood plasma of piglets,one hundred and forty-four crossbred(Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace) weanling piglets were chosen to be randomly divided into 6 groups,with 3 replications in each group.The test 1 group was fed with basal diet,the test 2 group was fed with basal diet by adding Cu 200 mg·kg-1(CuSO4),the test 3 group was fed with basal diet by adding 200 mg·kg-1(CuO),the groups of 4,5 and 6 respectively were adding Cu 5,50 and 100 mg·kg-1 Cu(nano-CuO).The results showed that,the activities of CP and CCO in blood plasma of piglet were increased significantly(P 0.05),the activities of MDA in blood plasma of piglet was reduced significantly(P0.05) in 28 days old.The experiment indicate that the function of anti-oxidation in piglet improved by adding nano-Cuo 50 mg·kg-1.
