摘　　要：蜗杆传动的变形理论与实验研究，属于典型的复杂空间曲面的三维接触问题．作者首次使用植入式三维应变丝的传感测试技术，测试了蜗杆传动的接触应力．文中还介绍了测试装置、三维应变测试单元的制作和浇铸．As a typical three dimensional contact problem of the implicated space surface,the numerical calculation and experimental study of worm drive are complicated.For the first time the three dimensional embedded strain gage method is applied in the research of the 3 D contact problem of worm drive.Not only the testing set,the making of a 3 D sensor unit,and the casting method but also the comparison between the results of the experimental and the theoretical investigation are proposed in this paper.The experimental results well match the theoretical results.
