摘 要:苯甲酸和水杨酸是中药足光散中2种有效成分,也是许多治疗皮肤病的药物中常用有效成分。采用区带毛细管电泳法很难将其完全基线分离,但寻找最优实验条件费时费力且工作量较大。将化学计量学中的偏最小二乘法用于区带毛细管电泳的重叠峰定量分析,在不对足光散中的苯甲酸和水杨酸完全基线分离的情况下,进行建模预测、校正和定量,方法快速简单。与完全基线分离的胶束电动毛细管色谱法测定结果对照,本方法测定结果令人满意。Benzoic acid and salicylic acid are two main components of Zuguangsan,a traditional Chinese patent medicine,which are also the effective components in a lot of medicine for treatment skin diseases.It is difficult to separate the acids by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE).Moreover,it is a time-consuming and tedious procedure to search for the optimal condition.This paper tries to establish a method for determining benzoic acid and salicylic acid in Zuguangsan by CZE using partial least squares (PLS) method insead of separation.PLS is a chemometric technique and the application of PLS for resolving overlapping peaks from capillary electrophoresis (CE) is described.The proposed method is applied for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in overlapping peaks from CZE.The quantification results are satisfied because they were compared with the ones from micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC).PLS has been shown to be a practicable approach for quantitative determining coeluted compounds and for processing first-order data in overlapping peaks from CE.
