水稻和天竺葵细胞质遗传的细胞学研究

摘　　要：细胞器ＤＮＡ荧光的观察表明，水稻（Ｏｒｙｚａｓａｔｉｖａ）生殖细胞中含少量的细胞器ＤＮＡ，成熟精细胞中无细胞器ＤＮＡ分布．天竺葵（Ｐｅｌａｒｇｏｎｉｕｍｈｏｒｔｏｒｕｍ）生殖细胞和精细胸中均有大量细胞器ＤＮＡ．Fluorescence observations of DNA showed that a little organelle DNA were present in generative cell of Oryza sativa , but none in the mature sperm cell. Lots of organelle DNA were distributed in generative cell and sperm cell of Pelargonium hortorum . The results provided a cytological evidence for maternal cytoplasmic inheritance in Oryza sativa and biparental inheritance in Pelargonium hortorum.
