摘 要:用热重及热-质联用测定紫外光固化后的甲基丙烯酰氧丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷(MPA-POSS)的热分解过程,采用Ozawa法、Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)法和Friedman法对其热降解动力学进行分析。样品的分解过程主要分为两个阶段,初期主要是羰基和C—O键的断裂,在347~677℃范围内产生CO和CO2,在445~655℃范围内产生CH3+。分解活化能在119.88~133.72kJ/mol之间,反应级数为n=0.852。Degradation process of poly(methylacyloxylpropyl-POSS)which was cured by UV-radiation was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis and thermogravimetric-mass spectra.The thermal degradation kinetics was studied by Ozawa,Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)and Friedman methods.The results indicated that the degradation process can be divided into two stages.The carbonyl group and ether bond were decomposed and produced CO or CO2 at 360-677℃,the CH3^+ was produced at 445-655℃.The thermal decomposing activation energy is between 119.88 and 133.72kJ/mol and was found to be increased at first and then decreased.The thermal degradation reaction order is 0.852.
