摘　　要：本文针对我国图书馆立法需关注经费、图书馆从业资格认证制度、基层图书馆的管理和建设、信息资源共享、图书馆服务的公平性等问题,提出立法建议。The paper points out issues of concern regarding library legislation in China,including financial support,the accreditation of librarian,construction and management of grass-roots,the mechanism of information resource sharing,fair and free access of library service,suggestions for library legislation in our country are provided at the end of the paper.
