对CCU护士进行高血压急症降压治疗培训的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对CCU护士进行高血压急症降压治疗系统培训的必要性和有效性。方法选择符合诊断标准的患者，按培训前后分为对照组和观察组，对比两组患者治疗效果以及平均住院天数。结果观察组患者降压效果切实有效，安全平稳，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组患者住院天数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对CCU护士进行有针对性的培训有利于高血压急症的降压治疗，缩短患者平均住院日，改善患者的预后。Objective To investigate the necessity and validity of professional training for antihypertensive therapy for hypertensive emergency for cardiac care unit （CCU） nurses. Methods The patients with hypertensive emergency were divided into control group and observation group according to before and after training, compare the therapeutic effect and the average length of stay of the two groups. Results the blood pressure in observed group reduced effectively and safely, the difference was statistically significant compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The present study also showed that the average length of stay in observed group was less than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The targeted training for CCU nurses helps antihypertensive therapy for hypertensive emergency and can reduce the average length of stay and improve the prognosis of patients.
