摘 要:静载荷试验是桩基承载力测试方法中最为可靠的一种测试方法。自平衡试桩法是一种设备简单、测试方便的一种静载试验方法。双荷载箱测试技术是利用自平衡测试方法的本身特点,采用两个荷载箱分别安放在桩身的不同位置来满足特殊工程试桩要求的一种方法。基于双荷载箱的测试技术,在特殊情况下对某些重要工程的试桩进行了测试:包括大直径超长桩注浆前后承载力的测试,人工挖孔扩大头桩忽略扩径部分侧阻力的承载力的测试,软岩地区深长嵌岩桩忽略上覆土层的承载力的测试以及桩长优化设计等。这种测试方法能结合工程的实际情况,根据上下荷载箱不同的加载次序完成试桩的测试工作。该技术可以解决传统的静载荷试桩方法无法解决的问题,为工程的实际应用提供了解决问题的途径。The static load tests are the most reliable testing method in the bearing capacity tests of piles.Among them self-balanced method is a simple and convenient test way.By the use of self-balancing features,dual-load cell testing technique is the way that the dual-load cells are placed in different locations of a pile to meet the special requirements of test.Based on its technique,some important project piles were tested in certain special circumstances including the bearing capacity test of the large diameter and super long pile of post grouting,the hand-dug pile ignoring side resistance of expanding part,the rock-soccketed pile ignoring resistance of supper soil in soft rock area,optimal design of pile length,and so on.According to different orders of load,this technology could be based on the actual situation in the project to complete the testing task of piles.It could solve the problem the traditional method of static load test could not solve,and provide a solution for the practical application of engineering.
