基于WEB2.0的远程教育课程教学团队建设——影响课程教学团队建设与运行效果的主要因素分析

摘　　要：广播电视大学离散数学课程教学团队利用WEB2.0理念和技术,开展了课程教学改革实验,使学生网上学习参与度及课程教学效果得到显著提高,离散数学课程评为2008年度教育部精品课程(网络教育)。本文以离散数学课程教学团队为例,从课程教学团队建设的组织结构、工作流程、工作机制等三个方面,分析了影响远程教育中课程教学团队的建设与运行效果的主要因素,指出课程教学模式是教学团队组织架构的基础,学习支持服务模式决定了课程教学团队的工作流程,教与学信息对称是课程教学团队有效运行的前提。The application of WEB2.0 technologies in distance education may contribute to optimizing instructional design,carrying out teaching activities,facilitating teaching reform,promoting cooperative teaching in a distance mode,and developing teachers'ability to deliver teaching and service collaboratively.This article reports on a case study of the teaching team for the course Discrete Mathematics at China's Central Radio and Television University by analyzing key factors impacting on team building and operation in terms of team structure,team workflow and working mechanism.Research findings indicate that the teaching model adopted for a course decides the structure of its teaching team,the learning support model shapes its workflow,and information symmetry in the teaching and learning process is the prerequisite for the effective operation of the teaching team.
