摘  要:为了了解不同甘薯品种在不同储存期的呼吸速率和失重的变化差异,为燃料乙醇专用甘薯的鲜薯储存提供依据,以4个不同甘薯品种为试材,测定其在3个月内的不同时间呼吸速率以及失重率的变化,对结果进行统计分析.测定结果表明4个品种的呼吸速率表现为先升高后下降的变化规律,但是不同品种之间、同一品种不同块根之间又存在一定的差异;而失重率则表现为先快后慢,不同品种、同一品种不同块根之间又存在一定的差异.可知失重率和呼吸速率均因品种不同而不同,且存在一定个体差异,大的块根有更小的失重率和呼吸速率.In order to obtain the changing rule of the respiratory rate and weightlessness of different sweet potato cultivars in different storage time, four cultivars were chosen to measure their respiratory rate and weightlessness in three-month storage time and then the data were analyzed. Results show that the respiratory rates of all four cultivars were increased at the beginning and then decreased. But there are some differences among different cultivars and different sizes of tubers of the same cultivar. The weightlessness of all four cuhivars was fast at the beginning and then turned to be slowly. Differences existed among different cultivars and different sizes of tubers of the same cultivar. There are some differences among cultivars and different sizes of tubers of same eultivar in both weightlessness rate and respiratory rate. The results show that big tubers have low weightlessness rate and respiratory rate.
