摘　　要：采用可编程控制器技术对铸造生产中的生产设备在控制方面进行改造，并根据生产工艺要求，将各个工序的生产设备有机地协调起来，实现铸造生产过程的自动化。结果表明，采用所提供的改造方案不仅投资少且效益高。By using the programmable controller, the control of the founding equipment is improved and all the equipment of every process are coordinated according to the requirements in order to automatize the foundation production. The results indicate it is a good project that requires less funding and brings greater benefit.
