摘　　要：在新发展阶段,中国经济的持续发展面临的最主要的挑战是发展模式所面临的挑战,即现有的发展模式所存在的重大缺陷将严重阻碍中国经济实现"关键一跳"。换句话说,如果不对中国发展模式作出重大的调整,中国经济发展很可能落入中等国家陷阱。未来30年中国经济的长期目标是由中等收入国家转变为发达国家,避免落入中等国家陷阱;"十二五"的发展目标是打破可能导致中国落入中等国家陷阱的制约因素,通过战略模式调整和完善体制,加快国内消费需求的释放、实现经济结构的全面升级(主要是保持和建立两大国际竞争力),使经济继续保持又好又快的发展趋势。In the new stage of development, the main challenge that China＇s sustained economic development is facing is the challenge that the development pattern is facing, which means that the significant deficiencies that exist in current develop- ment pattern will seriously hamper ＂the key jump＂ for China＇ s economy. In other words, if major adjustments are not made to China＇s development pattern, China＇s economic development is likely to fall into the trap of medium-sized countries. In the next 30 years, the long-term goal of China＇s economy is to turn f^om developed county into the middle-income county and to avoid falling into the trap of medium-sized countries. Development objectives of the Twelfth Five-Year is to break constraints that may lead our country to falling into the trap of medium-sized countries through the strategic model adjust- ment and the system improvement, to speed up the release of domestic consumer demand and achieve a comprehensive up- grading of economic structure （primarily maintain and establish two international competitiveness）, and to maintain good and fast development trend.
