摘 要:根据内燃机活塞实际工作状态,建立了内燃机活塞拍击的动力学模型,采用四阶龙格库塔数值算法编程实现对模型的求解。在动力学模型得到试验验证的基础上,以缸壁接触等效质量的振动速度作为脉动球源的表面振动速度,同时采用有限元与边界元相结合的方式确定内燃机噪声辐射修正系数,从而建立起采用多极子辐射声场描述内燃机活塞拍击噪声的理论声学模型,实现了拍击噪声的定量描述。最后,采用声强法测量声功率试验证明了所建立的活塞拍击噪声声学理论模型的正确性。The induced noise of piston slap is a major noise of internal combustion engines.To understand the mechanism of induced noise of piston slap,an in-depth investigation from theoretical modeling to experimental verification was made in this paper.Firstly,a dynamic model of piston slap was established by considering contacting status between piston and cylinder wall,and the model was resolved by 4th order Rung-Kutta method.Secondly,on the basis of experimental validation on dynamic model,an acoustic model of piston slap noise was established base on multi-pole radiation field.It is able to quantitatively calculate the sound power of induced noise of piston slap.Finally,the validity of the acoustic model was made by testing sound power in sound intensity.Comparison of experiment and calculation indicates that this acoustic model is able to accurately predict the induced noise of piston slap.
