云南不同品种和产区烤烟烟碱含量的差异

摘　　要：为了给卷烟生产企业提供云南烟叶烟碱含量的特征情况,对2004～2007年云南省12个烟区4个主栽品种[云烟85,K326,红花大金元(红大)和云烟87]的13912个烤烟烟叶样品的烟碱含量检测数据进行了差异统计分析。结果表明:①云南省烤烟上部烟叶烟碱平均含量为3.31%,中部烟叶为2.56%,下部烟叶为1.77%,部位间差异达显著水平,总体上云南烤烟烟碱含量水平基本适宜;②州(市)间烤烟相同部位的烟碱含量的差异达到显著水平;③云南4个主栽品种上部和下部烟叶烟碱含量的高低顺序均为:红大>K326>云烟85>云烟87,且差异达显著水平,中部烟叶烟碱含量的高低顺序为:云烟85>K326>红大>云烟87,云烟87的烟碱含量显著低于红大、K326与云烟85,K326、红大和云烟85差异不显著。In order to provide the data of nicotine content in tobacco from Yunnan for cigarette manufacturers,13912 flue-cured tobacco samples of 4 major cultivars,[Yunyan 85,K326,Honghuadajinyuan（Hongda） and Yunyan 87] from 12 growing areas in Yunnan from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed.The results showed that： 1） The nicotine contents in upper,middle and lower leaf samples averaged 3.31%,2.56% and 1.77%,respectively,the difference between stalk positions was significant.The nicotine level in flue-cured tobacco from Yunnan was appropriate in general;2） The difference of nicotine content in the samples from the same stalk position between prefectures（cities） was significant;3） The varieties in the order of nicotine content in lower and upper leaves were Hongda K326 Yunyan85 Yunyan87,the difference between varieties was significant.The varieties in the order of nicotine content in middle leaves were Yunyan85 K326 Hongda Yunyan87.The nicotine content in Yunyan87 was significantly lower than that in Hongda,K326 and Yunyan85,while there was no significant difference between K326,Hongda and Yunyan85.
