摘 要:配电系统在电力系统中是连接发输电组合系统与用户的桥梁,配电系统的可靠性直接关系到用户的供电质量。以配电网络的可靠性为研究对象,对工程上常用的配电网络可靠性评估算法和评估指标进行了综述分析,提出了改进最小路算法。该算法将最小路与广度优先搜索方法相结合用于配电系统的可靠性评估中,针对城市配电网的特点,考虑了分支线保护、隔离开关、负荷开关、计划检修以及备用电源等影响。根据该算法编写的可靠性计算软件应用于实际配网规划的可靠性评估中,取得了满意效果。Distribution system is the direct link between the power system and the user, and it is the connecting bridge between the whole power system and load points, thus the reliability of distribution system is directly connected to the user' s power supply quality. By taking the reliability of distribution network as the research object, the currently used algorithms and evaluation indicators for distribution network were reviewed and analyzed comparatively, and then the improved minimal path algorithm was proposed. This algorithm combined the minimal path algorithm with breadth-first search ( BFS ) approach for reliability evaluation of distribution system, according to the features of urban distribution network, the algorithm takes into account the influences of branch feeder protection, isolating switch, load switch, scheduled maintenance, redundant power supply and so on. At last, the reliability evaluation software based on this algorithm is applied in a real distribution network planning, the results are satisfying.
