摘 要:利用热重-红外联用技术在空气气氛下对富动24煤进行分析,富动24煤的CO开始析出温度约为265℃,低于265℃时只析出H2O和CO2。结合热平衡计算,认为中速磨煤机磨制富动24煤时只要保证进口热风温度低于265℃,制粉系统可安全运行。在可行性研究基础上,对温州电厂300 MW机组进行磨煤机出口温度提高试验,磨煤机出口温度由75℃升至95℃时,磨煤机进口热风温度升高到261.4℃,磨煤机出口煤粉气流中无CO存在,空气预热器出口一次风、二次风温度均有所下降,炉膛燃烧和运行参数变化不大,排烟温度降低7℃左右,锅炉效率提高0.37%,发电标准煤耗率下降1.17 g/(kW·h)。Fudong 24 was analyzed in atmosphere by using the TG-FTIR, CO began to emit at 265℃, and there were only H2O& CO2 emitted when it is lower than 265℃. Also by thermal equilibrium calculation of pulverizer, it could be ensured that the coal milling system was safe when the input air temperature of medium-speed pulverizer is lower than 265 ℃. Based on the feasibility study, the pulverizer outlet temperature of a 300 MW boiler was increased from 75℃ to 95 %. The pulverizer input air temperature was increased to 261.4 ℃. No CO was detected in outlet flow of the pulverizer. The primary air temperature and the secondary air temperature of the boiler decreased a little. The combustion inside the furnace and other parameters of the boiler were affected obscurely. The flue gas temperature decreased 7℃, furthermore the boiler efficiency increased 0.37%, and the standard coal consumption in generation decreased 1.17 g/(kw·h).
