摘  要:随着能源问题的突显,各电厂越来越重视节能降耗工作,节能降耗不仅可以降低生产成本,提高企业的经济效益,同时可节约能源,减少环境污染。介绍了锅炉、汽轮机及其附属设备与系统的各类能耗指标及其对火电机组煤耗的影响,重点分析了DEH(数字电液控制系统)的阀门控制方式、汽压自动及滑压运行、汽温自动、电厂入炉煤计量、回热系统的水位调整、节能指标计算用热工主要参数的准确性、辅机变频控制等因素对机组煤耗的影响。通过优化控制和准确测量参数,热控专业的工作能为火电厂节能降耗做出较大的贡献,为企业创造很大的效益。Thermal power plants have attached greater importance to energy-saving and consumption-reducing, which can not only reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefits, but also save energy and reduce environmental pollution. The energy consumption indicators of boiler, steam-turbine and its ancillary equipments were introduced; the effects of these indicators on coal consumption were analyzed. Furthermore, the effects of some factors on coal consumption were focused on. These factors include the DEH valves control mode, main steam pressure automatic control and sliding pressure control mode, steam temperature automatic control, coal measurement, the water level automatic control of regenerative system, the accuracy of main parameters used by energy efficient indicators calculation, frequency conversion control of auxiliary equipments. It is indicated that thermal control specialist can make a greater contribution to energy-saving and consumption-reducing in power plant, by means of optimizing automatic control and measuring parameters accurately.
