摘　　要：为实现大型企业配电网电能质量的统一集中监控,设计并研制了一种基于网络的分层分布式多通道电能质量监测与分析系统,系统由单独多通道电能质量采集与分析下位机、数据显示与统计上位机和基于网络的分层分布式组网设备组成。下位机采用数字处理器TMS320F28335以实现采用瞬时无功功率法和改进负序电流电压计算法对电网中的谐波、无功、负序等电能质量参数的计算,同时具有越限报警保护功能。上位机主要完成数据显示和报表统计功能,并提供良好的图形用户界面。通过先进的分层分布式组网技术,将单独电能质量监测与分析装置进行组网,从而实现了配电网电能质量的统一集中管理和对全网范围内电能质量治理设备的协调控制。现场应用结果证明了系统的实用性。tn order to centralized manage the parameters of power quality for distribution networks, a distributed multi-channel power quality monitoring and analyzing system was designed and developed. It consists of single muhi-channel collection and analyzing lower chip, data displaying and statistics upper chip and equipments used to build network. The lower chip based on DSP TMS320F28335 adopts instantaneous reactive power theory and improved arithmetic to calculate harmonic, reactive power and negative sequence components, and it also can give an alarm signal when parameters of power quality are abnormal. The upper chip provide favorable user interface to display data and gather statistics. Single multi-channel monitoring and analyzing systems are built to network by using advance distributed net-building technology. The whole system manages the parameters of electric power quality centralized and it is help to control the power quality fathering equipments coordinately. Application results have testified the validity of the system.
