摘  要:选取华北地区常见的秸秆、木屑、沙柳和旱柳枝叶、紫花苜蓿等13种不同生物质,按等比例混合制成粉状生物质混合物,采用自行搭建的固定床热解,研究在不同热解终止温度下,生物质混合物热解产物的产率、气体热值及气体主要组成成分,并分析生物质混合热解特性和产物分配规律。通过试验,取得了生物质混合物在不同热解温度下不同气体产物的产率、气体热值、不同热解产物的产率等重要数据和结果,并将取得的试验结果与13种生物质单独热解的特征参数的加权平均值进行比较,分析了生物质混合物共热解过程中的协同作用。Pyrolysis experiments on powdered biomass mixtures were obtained by blending 13 kinds of common biomass in northern China such as straw, sawdust, branches and leaves of salix mongolica and saliz matsudana, alfalfa, etc. while guaranteeing the same fraction of each kind of biomass in the mixture were performed on fixed bed. Investigation on yields, heat values and components of gases obtained from the pyrolysis of the mixture at different pyrolytic terminal temperatures was conducted. Characteristics of the pyrolysis process and distribution of the pyrolysis products were studied. Valuable data and results were obtained, such as yield of different kinds of gas phase products, heat values and components of gas from the pyloysis and yields of different kinds of pyrolysis products. Comparison between obtained results and weighted mean value of corresponding parameters of pyrolysis process of each single biomass was drawn. Synergistic reaction of blended biomass in co-pyrolysis process was discussed.
