摘 要:透水混凝土可缓解城市防洪及"热岛现象"。采用正交试验分析骨料种类、砂石体积比、水泥用量和成型压力4个因素的配合比对透水混凝土抗压强度、连通孔隙率和透水系数的影响。结果表明:透水混凝土的骨料种类对混凝土抗压强度影响最大,其抗压强度由大到小的顺序为碎石→再生骨料→卵石;成型压力对透水混凝土的透水系数和连通孔隙率影响最大;砂率对透水混凝土的抗压强度影响不大,但对透水系数和连通孔隙率影响较大;随着水泥用量的增加,透水混凝土的抗压强度增加,透水系数和连通孔隙率减小。Permeable concrete can relieve the urban flood and the"Heat Island Phenomenon".This paper use orthogonal test analyse four factors mix proportion which are types of aggregate,sand rock ratio,cement content and molding pressure affect compressive strength,connected porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete.The results showed that:types of aggregate mostly affect compressive strength of concrete,descending order of their compressive strength are gravel,recycled aggregate,and pebble;molding pressure has the greatest impact on permeability coefficient and porosity of permeable concrete;sand ratio has little impact on compressive strength of permeable concrete,but has large impact on permeability coefficient and porosity of permeable concrete;with the increase of the amount of cement,compressive strength of permeable concrete increase,permeability coefficient and porosity reduce.
