摘  要:研究了葡萄糖酸钠PN、某有机膦酸A、二者的复配试剂FP三种缓凝剂分别与萘系高效减水剂Z共同使用对水泥净浆流动性及混凝土拌合物初凝时间和终凝时间的影响。结果表明:与PN、A分别和萘系高效减水剂复配的效果比,FP与高效减水剂复合使用进一步提高了水泥净浆流动性、延长了混凝土初凝时间和终凝时间,且存在显著的协同减水效应。高效缓凝减水剂(FP+Z)可以有效减少混凝土的坍落度损失,降低泌水率,3、7、28 d的抗压强度均比基准混凝土略高。The synergistic effects of retarders compounded with naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer(Z)on the fluidity of cement and the initial and final setting time of concrete were investigated.Sodium gluconate(PN),an organic phosphonic acid(A)and the hybrid setting of two types(FP)were used as the retarders.The results showed that an appreciable synergistic reducing effect could be seen when FP was used together with superplasticizer,compared to PN,or A used with Z,separately.The setting time of concrete can be further prolonged and the cement paste represents an increase in fluidity.The high retarded reducer(FP+Z)can effectively reduce the losses of slump,lower their bleeding rates.In addition,the compressive strength of 3,7,28 d are slightly higher than the base concrete.
