摘　　要：介绍了国外特种部队发展现状、特种作战的作战样式和作战特点,给出了特种作战指挥信息系统的结构组成、功能性能、关键技术、主要装备,对系统所体现的诸如强调立体指挥、突出协同作战、重点关注细节、指挥情报密不可分、战时平时相辅相成等特色进行了总结与分析。This paper first introduces the status quo of the special forces of foreign countries and the operational patterns as well as characteristics of special operations. And then it expounds the composition,functional capabilities ,key technologies and main equipment of the command information systems used in special operations. Finally ,and emphatically ,the paper analyzes and summarizes the features of the command information systems, which include emphasizing structured commandingand coordinated operation,attaching importance to details,the inextricable relationship between command and intelligence,and mutual boost between peacetime and wartime operations.
