摘 要:压裂过程存在多裂缝是近年来对压裂技术的新认识,多裂缝的存在对压裂施工及压后产能都会产生较大的负面影响,而处理多裂缝是压裂改造技术的一个难点。从提高压裂成功率及压后效果的角度出发,分别分析了多裂缝的形成原因及几何形态,研究了多裂缝的理论特性,在研究现场施工曲线的基础上归纳了多裂缝敏感性特征,最终从根本避免产生多裂缝和减少多裂缝的负面影响两个方面提出了优化钻井方案、优化射孔井段、采用定向射孔、优化施工排量及增加液体黏度等多种措施。同时笔者提出了处理多裂缝问题的艰巨性,需要进一步研究新工艺、新措施,为进一步认识、研究和处理多裂缝提供了理论依据和技术支持,为复杂储层的压裂改造提供了参考。It is a new viewpoint that multiple fractures exist in hydraulic fracturing.The existence of multiple fractures brings negative effects for both fracturing and well productivity after fracturing.But it is a difficult question to deal with multiple fractures.This paper analyzed the reason of multiple fractures forming and geometric configuration started with raising the success ratio of fracturing and well productivity after fracturing.Theory characteristics of multiple fractures were studied.Based on the on-site operation curve,the author summarized the sensitivity characteristics of multiple fractures.In order to avoid to produce multiple fractures and to reduce the influence of multiple fractures,many kinds of measures,such as optimizing drilling,perforation,rate of construction,adopting oriented perforating and increasing viscosity of fracturing fluid,were taken.At the same time,the difficult points of dealing with multiple fractures were put forward.New methods and techniques need to be studied in future.This paper can provide theory basis and technical support for knowing,studying and dealing with multiple fractures.It can also provide a reference for fracturing of complex reservoir.
