摘 要:针对济阳坳陷林樊家油田林东馆三段油藏油稠、储层敏感性强、生产过程中出砂明显等影响产能的实际问题,通过开展油藏精细描述、储层敏感性分析、注蒸汽实验、水平井设计优化(水平井段200 m、油层厚度大于4 m、井距150 m)和配套工艺等研究和现场应用,取得了良好效果。实施后水平井单井产液能力基本上在40~60 m3·d-1,单井产油能力由1.8m3·d-1上升到28 m3·d-1,含水率由88%下降到48%,同时在水平井网条件下最终采收率为19.5%,比直井提高10%,增加可采储量为38.9×104 t,改善了底水油藏的开发效果。Lindong reservoir of the third member of Guantao Formation in Linfanjia Oilfield of Jiyang Depression is characterized by heavy oil,high reservoir sensitivity and obvious sand production,which significantly affect the productivity of reservoir.This paper conducted the reservoir description,reservoir sensitivity analysis,steam injection experiment and horizontal well design optimization(horizontal length is 200 m,oil layer thickness is more than 4 m,well spacing is 150 m).The matching technologies were studied.The field applications show that a good result has been obtained.After the implementation,the liquid rate of horizontal well is basically 40-60 m3/d,the oil rate of horizontal well increases from1.8 m3/d to 28 m3/d,the water cut decreases from 88% to 48%.The ultimate recovery at the condition of horizontal well pattern is 19.5% with an increment of 10% compared with the vertical wells.The recoverable reserves increase by 389 thousand tons,which improves the development effect of bottom water reservoir.
