摘　　要：介绍了一种新的方矩形钢管轧辊孔型设计方法，它以变形角为基本设计参数，使方矩形管孔型设计有了理论依据，孔型设计更加合理，同时由于采用了CAD技术，可有效地提高产品的尺寸精度，便于广泛地推广应用。This paper puts forward a new method for design of rectangular steel tube pass. The transformation angle is the basic parameters of design. The design of rectangular steel tube pass has the theory basis and is very reasonable. At the same time,the accuracy of pass is advanced because of CAD is used. It is easy to be popularized.
